Leadership, An Overview for Schools • The resource we are using as the basis for what we do with students is “Always a Leader: leadership in everyday life” Check out details at www.halogenfoundation.org
• We’ll spend 4 mornings together, and will cover 1 session before a break and 1 session following the break.
Each session is broken down into 4 steps:
Feel It: helping students focus on the theme of the session and helping to develop a passion or empathy for the topic.
Know It: allows students to consider what other leaders have said about this topic.
Be It: asks students to look inside and discover how this information connects with their own world, experience and understanding.
